Sahaya for independent artists

You made the record. We find its moment.

Sahaya runs campaigns for independent artists. It reads the signals around your music to find the song people keep coming back to, spot the moment it’s ready to move, and decide where the money should go. Then we run the campaign across the right channels and show you exactly what came back.

The data behind Sahaya

Sahaya uses real performance data to understand how records move, then applies that intelligence to the campaigns we run.

Tracks monitored
2,000+
Historical catalogue streams observed
12B+
Predictions graded against performance
111K+

The 12B+ figure is streams Sahaya has observed across artists’ catalogues. It’s the data we learn from, not streams our campaigns generated. For campaign results, see the receipts.

How a push works

No playlist lottery and no spray-and-pray ad spend. Four moves, in order, from finding the right song to playing it live.

  1. 01

    Pick the song

Not every track is ready for money behind it. Sahaya reads save rate and listener behaviour across your catalogue daily and backs the one with real pull. Sometimes that isn't the single you'd have chosen.

  2. 02

    Catch the window

There's a point where the platforms start putting a track in front of new listeners. We watch for it and launch right then, so every pound lands while the algorithm is already leaning in. Not before, not after.

  3. 03

    Run the push

We run the campaign end to end on the channels that fit your stage, and track every signal as it lands. You see where the streams, saves and playlist adds actually came from. Data-first reporting, never hype.

  4. 04

    Perform live

Take it off the screen. Through Sahaya Live, we book independent artists for paid shows across the UK, so the people finding your music online can hear it in the room. No pay-to-play, no joining fee.

You keep making music. We handle the campaign and send you the numbers.

Every channel. The right one first.

An artist on 300 monthly listeners and an artist on 30,000 shouldn't be spending the same way. Sahaya reads where you are right now and works out which channels will do the most for your budget at this stage. As you grow, the mix changes with you.

Every channel has a job. Sahaya watches what happens next and tells us whether the spend is working.

  • Playlisting

    Genre-fit listeners

  • Meta ads

    Targeted paid reach

  • UGC

    Creator-led discovery

  • TikTok

    Short-form discovery

  • YouTube

    Video-led discovery

Sahaya weighs your listener count, save rate, momentum and budget, then puts the money where it will work hardest for you right now. Sometimes that's one channel. Sometimes it's three working together. Every pound is tracked, and if a channel stops pulling its weight, we move the spend.

What happened during two of those campaigns, reported the way we report everything: the numbers first, nothing dressed up.

Zone Four campaign one-sheet: 75.4K monthly listeners, up from 57; 224K streams from 1 February to 1 May 2026; 17K playlist adds.

Zone Four is our own artist project and the test bed for everything we run. It started at 57 monthly listeners, with Sahaya reading the signals daily to choose which songs to push and when.

Across a multi-song campaign from 1 February to 1 May 2026, the project pulled 224K streams and 17K playlist adds and reached 75.4K monthly listeners.

We didn't build a theory and sell it to you. We ran it on ourselves first.

Jamilah campaign one-sheet for African In New York: 14.4K monthly listeners, up from 92; 17,500 streams in 14 days; 977 playlist adds.

Jamilah came to us at 92 monthly listeners. Sahaya flagged “African In New York” as the track with the strongest underlying signals, and we timed the push to the week its momentum started building.

Inside two weeks it pulled 17,500 streams and 977 playlist adds, taking her past 14.4K monthly listeners. The spend went where the data said it would work hardest.

The right song, pushed at the right moment, with the budget behind it.

Questions artists ask us

Straight answers. If yours isn’t here, ask us directly.

What does Sahaya do?

Sahaya runs campaigns for independent artists. It reads the signals around your music to find the song people keep coming back to, spot the moment it’s ready to move, and decide where the money should go. We then run the campaign across the right channels and show you exactly what came back. Through Sahaya Live, we also book artists for paid shows across the UK.

How much does a campaign cost?

Every campaign is tailored to your budget. Sahaya looks at where you are right now and works out which channels will do the most for the money you have, so you’re never paying for channels that won’t move the needle at your stage. Send us your music and your budget and we’ll tell you what we’d recommend.

Which channels do you use?

Playlisting, Meta ads, UGC (creators using your sound), TikTok, YouTube and live shows. We don’t use every channel on every campaign. Sahaya picks the mix that fits your music and your stage, and we move the spend if a channel stops pulling its weight.

How do you decide which song to push?

Sahaya reads how listeners behave across your catalogue, including how often people save a song and come back to it. It backs the track with real pull, which isn’t always the single you’d have chosen, and times the push for when the algorithm is starting to pick it up.

Do I need a certain number of listeners?

Sahaya works with artists at different stages, and the right approach for 300 monthly listeners is very different from 30,000. Tell us where you are and we’ll be straight with you about whether a push makes sense right now.

Can you help me get paid gigs?

Yes. Sahaya Live books independent artists for paid shows across the UK, starting with London, Birmingham, Manchester and Newcastle. The promoter pays the performance fee, there’s no joining fee, and you choose every show.
